 Base salary $125K + 25% Bonus ($31250) + 12% Profit Sharing ($18750) = Potential Annual
$175,000.
 Key: Selling to Chain Restaurants, Hotels, Contract Foodservice and / or Cruise Lines ect.
 5+ years’ experience in selling national and regional foodservice chain accounts (chain and
independent restaurants, hospitality, contract dining, pastry shops and bakeries, breweries, and
beverage retailers.)
 Experience working with Dot Foods (a redistributor supplying USFoods, Sysco, Gordons, PFG ect).
 BS / BA. 30-60-90-day sales planning. CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
 Willingness and availability to travel up to 50% of the time. Reasonable commute to airport.


US REMOTE


A premium domestic producer of frozen fruit purées, concentrates, and custom blends targeting the
foodservice market, chain and independent restaurants, hospitality, contract dining, pastry shops and bakeries,
breweries, and beverage retailers.
The National Account Manager will be the lead point of contact for national and regional foodservice chain
accounts, with a focus on driving growth, increasing penetration, and developing strong long-term customer
relationships.


Responsibilities:


Strategic Growth & Sales Execution
Manage national sales efforts for existing and future chain customers.
Deepen penetration within current accounts and identify opportunities for menu expansion and new product
introductions.
Leverage business trend analysis and manage a sales pipeline to support revenue growth targets.
Account & Distribution Management
Participate in annual budget planning and goal achievement.
Ensure inventory alignment and supply chain execution, particularly with Dot Foods.
Marketing & Promotion
Represent the brand at national chain events.
Drive ideation and presentation development for targeted accounts.
Program & Competitor Management
Oversee rebate program in coordination with Finance.
Continuously gather intelligence on competitive pricing, products, and launches.


Qualifications:


BS / BA.
5+ years of experience managing national / regional chain accounts in the US.
Record of value creation in high-impact national account roles and strong sales acumen and strong
relationships with chain customers.
Sales presentations and strategic storytelling. 30-60-90-day sales planning.
CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint.
Ability to work cross-functionally. Comfortable managing complex projects across departments (sales,
marketing, finance, operations).
Willingness and availability to travel up to 50% of the time.


Base Salary $125K + 25% bi-annual bonus + profit sharing (approximately 12% of gross annual wages will be
