Our business is divided into two sections. Permanent & Contract placements:

Permanent:

Discuss the JD clearly to understand and go after perfect candidates.
Focus/Communicate on writing clear Boolean to find selected candidates.
Execute/Modify Boolean formula against various search engines, such as SABA’s own data base (50K+ profiles), LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Seek-out, etc.
Contact candidates by Email, In-mail, appointments and review JDs with their resumes
Review our questionnaires with the candidate such as skills detail, reason for leaving, visa type, location, desired salary, etc.).
Submit candidate to our Client with questionnaires followed by a phone call if needed.
If selected, SABA will set up a phone screen between the candidate and the hiring manager.
Will continue communicating (if needed) throughout the process.

Contracting:

Front-End Office: Strong technical expertise, experience and dedication to uncompromising and personalized service, from initial contact through intense screening, placement and duration of employment is what sets SABA Talent above all other staffing companies.
Sourcing/recruiting: Follow the same process as Permanent.
Back-End-Office: FoxHire, has specialized contract staffing since 1992, will finalize employment contracts and handle all the financial and administrative needs/issues.
