Job Description:
Lead individual, trust, corporate, and partnership tax engagements from planning through final
technical review and delivery.
Oversee tax compliance requirements and drive proactive tax planning and consulting for your client
portfolio.
Manage client deadlines, filing requirements, and billing/collections for assigned engagements.
Research complex tax issues and provide clear, practical recommendations to clients and internal
teams.
Review work prepared by staff, provide coaching and feedback, and help ensure high-quality
deliverables.
Partner with firm leadership on process improvements, quality control, and best practices across the
tax department.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the year.
Qualifications:
CPA certification required.
5+ years of public accounting experience with significant tax engagement responsibility.
Experience reviewing returns and leading client-facing tax engagements.
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and team collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and a heavy workload.
Clear written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset.
