Qualifications:

 Language: Bilingual in Spanish (required).
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene,
or related field (preferred).
 Experience: Minimum 7+ years of safety leadership experience in construction or field operations.
 Certifications: OSHA 10, 30, 500, CSM, CSP, or similar credentials strongly preferred.
 Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of CAL/OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations.
 Technical Skills: Ability to analyze safety data, develop dashboards, and create executive-level
reports; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
 Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to engage across
all organizational levels.
