Job Description

Important notes:
 candidates must come from industrial manufacturing background
 company will not accept people from food and beverage, oil and gas, electrical assembly,
plastics, chemicals, and anything that is not either metal fabricated( this includes welded,
stamped) or machined
 must have experience in plants of 500 employees or more
 Must have a strong track record leadership and department building

Responsibilities:
 Manage your team including two supervisors in approximately 12 quality engineers and technicians
 Doing research and development on new technical programs, which lead to improve product output
and reduce costs
 Determine and establish goals, scope, approach, schedules and manpower requirements to accomplish
overall objectives and program results
 Generates prepares and presents departmental and program budgets
 Evaluates technical progress of projects to ensure sound application of engineering principles
