REQUIREMENTS for the Quality Engineer:

1. Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical field; experience will be considered in lieu of
   degree
2. At least three years of similar quality engineering experience with an automotive
   supplier or OEM or in fast-paced, mass production manufacturing environments
3. Root cause analysis and corrective actions
4. Formal problem solving skills
5. Experience communicating with customers
6. Working knowledge of FMEAs and control plans
7. Microsoft Office
   
   Skills preferred but NOT required:
   
8. Statistical process control (SPC)
9. Quality certifications
10. 5WHY experience
11. Mechanical aptitude
