What You’ll Do
As Product Manager, you’ll act as both a strategic leader and hands-on driver of product success. You’ll
partner across the organization to bring products to life, strengthen market position, and fuel growth.
Lead with Vision: Champion a culture of curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement while
guiding product strategy in a fast-moving market.
Be the Voice of the Customer: Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal
teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
Drive Product Development: Manage the full product development funnel — from concept to
launch — using our New Product Introduction Process (NPIP).
Define Product Specifications: Translate real-world customer needs into clear product
requirements that align with business goals.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to
align initiatives and deliver successful outcomes — even without direct reporting lines.
Manage Projects with Precision: Keep development initiatives on track by coordinating
timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Own the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the evolution of products from launch through maturity
and eventual phase-out.
Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine positioning,
identify opportunities, and maintain a strong market presence.

manufacturing sectors with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.

Comfortable working hands-on in the field and with customers; willing to travel overnight as
