Experience (Required):

 Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership with strong emphasis on manufacturing experience.
Demonstrated track record of delivering sustainable results, and success within LEAN, Six
Sigma, CTS (cost-to-serve), and Employee Relations.
 High-speed food manufacturing experience, ideally dairy or CPG.
 Bachelor’s degree is Food Science, Science, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business
Administration or Supply Chain.
 Foster and guide teamwork and collaboration across the entire site to enhance plant culture and
boost business outcomes.
 Proven success in manufacturing transformation and change management, delivering cost savings
while enhancing the overall plant culture.
 Extensive experience in financial management and budgeting.
