Job Summary

The Manufacturing HR Generalist supports recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, HRIS administration, and employee engagement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, training, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
• Drive employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.
• Administer health benefits, FMLA, and annual open enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS records (ADP EV6 and WF Manager).
• Ensure HR policy and labor law compliance.
• Organize employee recognition programs and company events.
• Support HR process improvements and departmental goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2+ years of HR experience in manufacturing and/or distribution.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salaried employees.
• Benefits administration experience.
• HRIS experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive supplier experience.
• FMLA/BWC experience.
• ADP experience.
