Job Summary

Lead manufacturing improvement projects, implement Lean initiatives, support capital equipment projects, improve quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects
• Implement Lean, Kaizen and 5S
• Support capital equipment projects
• Design production fixtures
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
• Manage Engineering Change Orders
• Maintain work instructions
• Mentor engineering technicians

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience
• Lean Manufacturing expertise
• SolidWorks preferred
• Minitab experience
• JD Edwards ERP preferred
• Enovia PLM preferred
• Strong communication and project management skills
