REQUIREMENTS for the Manufacturing Controller:

1. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and at least five years in a similar accounting manager or controller
   position
2. Experience performing and leading accounting and finance responsibilities in a manufacturing
   environment
3. Experience overseeing closing
4. Experience leading budgeting and forecasting
5. Financial reporting experience
6. Strong financial analysis
7. ERP experience
8. Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills related to charts, graphs and formulas.
   
   Skills preferred but NOT required:
   
9. Supervision experience
10. Job shop experience
11. Strong working knowledge of GAAP
12. Cost accounting
