solutions, along with design and integration services for arenas, theaters, and stadiums across the country. This

Job Description

 Support budgeting and financial forecasting by building and maintaining data-driven financial models
 Prepare financial reports on event profitability, operational expenses, and cash flow projections for the
executive team
 Track actual versus projected costs for live productions and identify key variances and cost-saving
opportunities
 Conduct profitability analysis by event, client, and venue to inform pricing and strategic decisions
 Analyze rental versus purchase decisions for production equipment and advise on ROI and asset
optimization
 Monitor equipment utilization, depreciation, and maintenance costs to improve resource allocation and
returns
 Track and report key KPIs such as cost per event, revenue per equipment type, and labor efficiency
 Assist with cash flow management, financing needs, and other strategic initiatives under the CFO’s
direction
 Support M&A work, including financial due diligence, valuation modeling, projections, and
integration support
 Collaborate closely with operations, production, and leadership to turn data into clear, actionable
insights

Qualifications

 2+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis (corporate, operations, or similar)
 Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
 Advanced Excel skills, including complex modeling, data manipulation, and presentation
 Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
 Background in asset-heavy, capital-intensive, or equipment-heavy industries is a strong plus
 M&A or deal analysis experience is a plus but not required
 Comfortable working on-site, communicating with executives, and presenting data-driven
recommendations
 Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
