Job Summary

Prepare accurate labor, material, equipment, and cost estimates for heavy civil and water/wastewater construction projects while supporting bidding, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specifications
• Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals
• Evaluate project costs
• Coordinate with engineers, owners, vendors and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits
• Support scheduling and bid strategy
• Attend management meetings
• Ensure safety compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years heavy civil/water estimating
• Blueprint reading and construction technology
• Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Valid driver license

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
