boundaries of innovation in the industry. As they continue to expand their operations, our client is seeking
a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to join their team and drive growth in the aerospace domain.

Job Summary:

The Director of Sales – Aerospace will be responsible for leading our sales efforts within the aerospace
engineering service sector. This strategic leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a proven
track record of success in sales management, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional leadership skills.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating
key relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
    within the aerospace domain.
  2. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to
    drive results.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers, suppliers, and partners to
    drive business expansion and enhance market presence.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new
    opportunities and mitigate risks.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product development,
    and operations, to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
  6. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior
    management to track progress and make informed decisions.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand
    and establish thought leadership in the aerospace sector.
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, enhance customer
    satisfaction, and maximize efficiency.

    Qualifications:
  9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  10. Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering services sales leadership roles within the
    aerospace industry.
  11. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
    environment.
  12. Deep understanding of aerospace products, services, technologies, and customer needs.
  13. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales
    team.
  14. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
    with diverse stakeholders.
  15. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop
    effective sales strategies.
  16. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional
    customer value.
  17. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business
    objectives.
