Our client is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to lead automation and controls engineering
projects. This role requires deep expertise in control systems configuration, DCS/PLC development,
and field instrumentation. If you have a passion for technical excellence, project leadership, and

What You’ll Be Doing:

 Leading control system design, configuration, and testing
 Developing and optimizing PLC/DCS systems, HMI graphics, and control narratives
 Reverse engineering obsolete control logic and creating documentation
 Ensuring safety, compliance, and quality control in all automation projects
 Working closely with clients to understand and address project needs
 Supporting loop checks, FAT/SAT execution, startup, and commissioning

What They’re Looking For:

📍 Required Skills:
 10+ years of experience in control systems engineering & automation
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
 Rockwell / Allen Bradley expertise, including programming & HMI graphics
 Strong P&ID development and PLC/DCS enclosure layout knowledge
 Proven experience in lead engineering roles & managing multiple projects
📍 Bonus Skills (Preferred):
 Plant PAX & Batch system knowledge
 Experience with legacy system upgrades & reverse engineering
 Strong technical writing & documentation skills
