Client is a privately held precision machine shop. Looking for an engineer with experience in a CNC machining
capacity who can program CNC machines using MasterCAM software. Will provide floor support and will also
conduct time studies, tooling studies, and ongoing process improvement projects in the shop.

What You’ll Be Doing

 Develop CNC programs and manufacturing processes from blueprints and specs.
 Guide CNC machinists through setups and first batch productions.
 Manage tooling strategies, conduct time studies, and reduce production waste.
 Maintain accurate job documentation and toolkits.
 Troubleshoot production issues and refine machining processes.

About You

 Be able to do the job as described.
 Skilled in G-code programming and interpreting complex blueprints.
 Process engineering experience with floor support in a CNC machining production environment.
 Experienced in using advanced measuring instruments and geometric tolerancing.
 Adept at identifying and coaching machinist improvement areas.
 Familiar with Plex software and 5S methodologies.
