Job Summary

Lead engineering activities within an aerospace manufacturing environment focused on special processes, compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team
• Support production operations
• Optimize thermal spray, chemical processing and coatings
• Ensure Nadcap, ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance
• Lead audits
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma projects
• Manage CAPEX initiatives
• Support new product introduction
• Review engineering documentation
• Support customers and suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality or related field
• 7+ years engineering experience
• Leadership experience
• Knowledge of special processes
• Experience with Nadcap and aerospace quality systems
• Lean/Six Sigma preferred
• ERP/MRP familiarity preferred
