Job Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Design Electrical Engineer who is excited to take on challenging design problems and help shape the next generation of software-defined radios and tactical communications systems. This role involves leading the design and development of advanced digital hardware from concept through production, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including FPGA, DSP, RF, and embedded systems experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced digital hardware systems.
• Perform integration with subsystems including RF, FPGA, DSP, embedded firmware, and test equipment.
• Work on high-speed digital interfaces and power-efficient designs.
• Support mission-critical systems integration.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to issues impacting production and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product success.
• Work both independently and in a team environment to solve complex engineering problems.
• Support continuous improvement and revenue-generating operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in digital design and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of RF, FPGA, DSP, and embedded systems.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
