Position Overview

Hands-on leader responsible for quality systems and continuous improvement across manufacturing and assembly operations. Drives ISO compliance, product quality, and cross-functional performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QMS and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
• Drive quality initiatives to reduce defects and improve yield
• Manage audits and CAPA processes
• Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain
• Develop inspection protocols for components and assemblies
• Act as primary contact for customer/supplier quality issues
• Train and mentor quality staff
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and RCA initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in quality within manufacturing or precision environment
• Strong ISO 9001, GD&T, SPC, FMEA, PPAP experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Zeiss CMM programming experience

Preferred

• ERP/QMS experience (SAP or similar)
• CQE, CQM/OE, Six Sigma certifications
