Electrical Hardware Engineer I / II
📍 Berthoud, CO | In-Office | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

active electronically steered array (AESA) antennas and multi-channel software-defined radio (SDR).

communities prepare and respond faster.

What You’ll Do

 Design and develop mixed-signal and power/control circuits for radar and communication
systems.
 Create schematic designs and perform PCB layout and verification using Altium Designer.
 Prototype, test, and debug circuit boards using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum
analyzers.
 Program microcontrollers to control RF components and built-in test functions.
 Collaborate with RF, mechanical, and software engineers on system integration and
performance validation.
 Document designs, test results, and support transition to manufacturing.

What You Bring

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
 0–5 years of experience in circuit design, PCB layout, or electronics testing (internships and
projects welcome!).
 Understanding of analog and digital design fundamentals, including op-amps, ADCs/DACs,
filters, and transistors.
 Interest in power electronics, mixed-signal design, or embedded control.
 Familiarity with CAD tools (Altium Designer preferred).
 Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn in a hands-on R&D environment.
 Must be a U.S. citizen.
