Are you ready to kick off your engineering career working hands-on with radar systems, antennas, and
embedded technology? We’re on a mission to deliver advanced gap-filling weather radar powered by
active electronically steered array (AESA) antennas and multi-channel software-defined radio (SDR).
Our technology enables real-time weather nowcasting and short- to medium-range forecasting—helping
communities prepare and respond faster.
Our company is a small, collaborative team that thrives on enthusiasm, curiosity, and working side-by-
side. If you want to build meaningful technology while learning from passionate engineers, this is the
place for you.
What You’ll Do
ď‚· Design and develop mixed-signal and power/control circuits for radar and communication
systems.
ď‚· Create schematic designs and perform PCB layout and verification using Altium Designer.
ď‚· Prototype, test, and debug circuit boards using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum
analyzers.
ď‚· Program microcontrollers to control RF components and built-in test functions.
ď‚· Collaborate with RF, mechanical, and software engineers on system integration and
performance validation.
ď‚· Document designs, test results, and support transition to manufacturing.
What You Bring
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
 0–5 years of experience in circuit design, PCB layout, or electronics testing (internships and
projects welcome!).
ď‚· Understanding of analog and digital design fundamentals, including op-amps, ADCs/DACs,
filters, and transistors.
ď‚· Interest in power electronics, mixed-signal design, or embedded control.
ď‚· Familiarity with CAD tools (Altium Designer preferred).
ď‚· Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn in a hands-on R&D environment.
ď‚· Must be a U.S. citizen.
Why Join Us
ď‚· Be part of a mission-driven team advancing weather radar and RF sensing technologies.
ď‚· Work directly with experienced engineers who will mentor and support your growth.
 Get real hardware experience — from concept and design to test and production.
 Salary $80K–$120K + PTO, medical, 401(k)
