Responsibilities:

 Monitor production data and identify trends or variances.
 Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions.
 Lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality.
 Conduct and document production trials.
 Review and approve operating procedures, process changes, and safety analyses.
 Support quality investigations and provide technical guidance.
 Train production staff on new and revised procedures.
 Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and operational policies.

Qualifications:

 BS Engineering degree with 7+ years experience as Process/ Project Engineer in process
industries including chemicals, fibers, or related.
 Requires solid background in process equipment design, sizing, mass balance, heat transfer
calculations.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
 Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
