Job Type – Direct Hire
Compensation – $135,000 – $155,000 Per Year

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering


 5-8 years of experience in power distribution equipment design or similar
 Advanced proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.)
 Strong knowledge of UL standards and NEMA requirements
 Experience with sheet metal design and manufacturing processes
 Understanding of thermal management and structural design principles
 Team leadership and mentoring experience
 Excellent project management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience with PLM/PDM systems (Vault Pro, SolidWorks PDM)
 Knowledge of FEA analysis software
 Custom engineering and ETO product experience
 Data center equipment design experience
 Lean manufacturing and DFM principles
 Experience with seismic design requirements
 Understanding of IP/NEMA ratings and environmental considerations
