What You Will Do:

• Lead mechanical system design, engineering calculations, and preparation of drawings and
  specifications.
• Partner closely with structural, electrical, and project management teams to drive scope development,
  estimates, and technical solutions.
• Participate in client and internal project meetings, ensuring clear communication, accurate coordination,
  and reliable execution.
• Support QA reviews and uphold established engineering standards to ensure every deliverable reflects
  our commitment to excellence.
• Respond to RFIs, troubleshoot design challenges, and support construction-phase coordination.
• Provide mentorship and day-to-day technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Contribute fresh ideas, process improvements, and technical insights to strengthen our growing team.
  
  What You Bring:
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe
• 10 or more years of experience in mechanical engineering design
• Experience serving as a project engineer or assisting in project management responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
• Ability to manage priorities, lead portions of design efforts, and maintain excellent attention to detail.
