Job Description:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for order processing, shipping and receiving, and inventory
control of finished product and will manage the movement of goods into and out of a company. They
ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.

 Oversees and manages material handlers.
 Maintains and promotes safe working environment.
 Schedule and assign carrier for shipment and verifies those shipments daily.
 Prepare shipments for shipping, including packaging, and labeling.
 Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
 Communicate with customers, vendors, and other departments.
 Process paperwork, such as bills of lading, packing slips, and purchase orders.
 Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
 Manages finished goods ensuring stock rotation.
 Manages and ensure shipments meet quality and accuracy standards.
 Determine the most efficient shipping methods and routes.
 Prepare shipping quotes for customers.

Requirements
 College degree or HS diploma.
 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience.
 Shipping, receiving and inventory control experience.
 Good communication skills.
 Ability to work in a team environment
