The company provides products and technologies for space and other extreme
environments. We are focused on making the frontier of space more accessible by
bridging the technology gap between commercial and high-reliability technologies
at a lower cost. We provide optimized products and infrastructure that give you the
best in reliability and value. Our products and services are targeted towards
enabling small-satellites and large constellations that require high performance, a
small form factor and radiation resilience at a lower cost. Working in partnership
with state-of-the art semiconductor foundries, the company develops radiation
hardened processes and components that serve as the foundation for our cutting-
edge integrated circuits and IP blocks.
As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you will drive the company’s marketing
initiatives, building comprehensive strategies around key products and supporting
distribution partnerships. Your role will focus on product marketing, sales collateral
development, training materials, and go-to-market strategies for our portfolio. You
will be pivotal in shaping the company’s market positioning, product messaging,
and brand awareness, while managing the marketing budget. This role involves
close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, systems, and
application engineering, to align with the company’s product strategy and business
goals.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Annual Marketing Plan Development: Develop and implement the
annual marketing plan with budget objectives, communication strategies, and
KPIs for management review.
Product Pricing & Distribution Strategy: Develop and optimize pricing
strategies that align with the product roadmap and financial goals to ensure
profitability. Manage worldwide distributors and analyze competitor pricing to
ensure optimal market positioning.
Customer Insights & Targeting: Provide the sales team with actionable
insights on customer behaviors and collaborate with them to manage key
accounts and tailor campaigns for priority customers.
Competitor Insights: Build and maintain a comprehensive database to
analyze competitor capabilities, focusing on their strengths and weaknesses
in comparison to our offerings. Use these insights to guide the development
of the company’s strategic product roadmap and inform market positioning
decisions.
Marketing Collateral Development: Create product marketing materials,
such as pamphlets, brochures, presentations, and trade show materials,
translating technical features into customer benefits and content for sales
support.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing management, particularly within a technical
or product-oriented company.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and organizational
skills.
Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
Proficiency in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social
media.
Knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and tools like
Google AdWords.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or
a related field.
Professional Chartered Marketer (CIM) certification is a plus.
Experience in semiconductor or high-reliability product sectors.
