This company, a growing global leader in power electronics technologies, is looking
for a Sr. Manager to oversee the operations of their new manufacturing centre in the
Dallas area.

Position Description
This is a new, 400K square foot facility that’s already up and running, with further
expansion under way. In this position, you’ll manage the complete operation of the
facility, acting as the primary site leaders, ensuring a positive and engaging work
environment. You’ll supervise and mentor facility staff (technicians, engineers,
maintenance, and administrative personnel), and provide ongoing coaching/training
opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with
cross functional teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate office space planning, allocation, and utilization to optimize
efficiency and support business operations.
Manage office services including janitorial, catering, and security to ensure a
safe and productive work environment
Monitor project progress, milestones, and expenditures, and provide regular
updates to senior management and project sponsors.
Develop and manage the budget, including operational expenses, capital
expenditures, and maintenance costs.
Monitor spending against budget allocations and implement cost-saving
measures without compromising safety or operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, or a
related discipline with 10+ years of experience in operations management of
manufacturing facilities (assembly). A background in other industrial facilities
of the same size can also be considered.
A background in a production environment for power electronics is a plus.
Experience in factory power/energy saving, building a positive team
environment, and managing production facility leaders.
A solid track record in financial management, capital management, and
budget knowledge, as well as the ability to interpret and analyze financial
data.
Demonstrated success identifying and implementing successful Continuous
Process Improvement programs.
