Work for an innovative, growing team developing next-generation vehicle electrification/drive-by-wire systems. This is a nimble development team within a global Tier One organization, where you’ll have the opportunity to create innovative software for new-to-market products.

Company Information:

  • An established Tier One supplier growing because of significant successes, and long-term business, with their automotive OEM clients.
  • Engineering-centric organization, with an eye on breaking new ground.
  • Offers different growth paths, both technical and leadership.

They Value and Appreciate Their Employees: The management team is truly interested in your success and not only offer the resources/support you need to succeed, but also want your input. Your voice really does make a difference. Others say the same thing, but they actually live it.

Your Role with the Company: In this position, you’ll work on full life-cycle development of cutting-edge automotive embedded software, for ADAS and electrification products.  This will include translation of Simulink models and flow charts into Embedded C software, integration/unit testing, and integration. They’re doing AUTOSAR-based development of new products, as opposed to updates on existing systems.

A hybrid work schedule will be available for high-performing engineers.
Community Information: The Bay City/Midland area is a great place to live, work, and raise a family. It ranks high in quality of life (restaurants, cost of living, schools, activities, etc.). There’s been significant investment in the communities, which you can see even from a quick visit.

Background Profile:

  • Expertise in automotive embedded software development in C to industry standards (AUTOSAR is a must).
  • 7+ years of experience in full life-cycle embedded software development at the driver-level (not just applications).
  • Exposure to automotive industry standards such as AUTOSAR (a must) and ISO 26262 (preference).
  • Working knowledge of CAN tools and requirements (CANalyzer, CANoe, etc.)
  • BSEE or BSCE (MSEE a plus).
