Senior Manufacturing Engineer

ROLE OVERVIEW: As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll optimize production processes, drive
continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure manufacturing excellence for our medical device portfolio.
You’ll lead DFM efforts, implement cost-saving measures, and maintain quality standards in our regulated
environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Spearhead process optimization and automation initiatives
 Develop and validate manufacturing procedures aligned with ISO/FDA requirements
 Drive cost reduction through innovative manufacturing solutions
 Lead equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and new product transitions
 Design fixtures and tooling to enhance production efficiency
 Manage documentation including work instructions and engineering changes
 Provide technical leadership for production support and problem resolution
 Partner with R&D on manufacturability and cost optimization

REQUIREMENTS:
 BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in medical devices
 Proven expertise in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
 Strong foundation in engineering drawings, specifications, and process planning
 Experience with SolidWorks and technical documentation
 Machine shop knowledge (milling, turning, grinding) valued
 Excellence in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
 Strong analytical skills and self-motivated work style
