Job Description:
Job Summary of the Recruiter: The Recruiter will handle the full cycle of recruiting, including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of hired candidates. This Recruiter will be
responsible for building relationships with candidates, developing and implementing recruitment strategies,
and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
Sourcing and Screening of Candidates: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various
channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Interviewing and Evaluation: Conduct interviews, assess skills and qualifications, and provide
feedback to the HR Manager.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers,
and candidates.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the client’s or company’s
hiring needs.
Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment
process.
Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates, HR Manager, and internal stakeholders
via phone, email, and other channels.
Process Management: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and managing
the flow of paperwork and documentation related to the hiring process.
Education & Experience of the Recruiter:
HS Diploma or GED is required. 2 or 4 year degree is preferred.
Prior Recruiting experience for both hourly and salaried positions.
