Compensation:
Junior to Mid-Level PM: $110,000 – $140,000
Senior PM: $140,000 – $165,000+
Location: Newton, CT
Job Type: Direct Hire – Client is open to hybrid remote, but prefers PMs to work from the office
when not on site

Job Description:
Our client is hiring a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects.

• Open to experienced PMs or Foremen/Superintendents transitioning into PM
• Must have electrical construction and team leadership experience. No general construction
  PMs
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality
• Preferred experience: hospital, healthcare, or assisted living projects
• Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project preferred
• Mentorship provided
• Local candidates only
• Acceptable backgrounds:
  o Electrical Project Managers
  o MEP Project Managers
  o Electrical Foremen with management experience ready for PM transition.
  o Electrical Superintendents with management experience ready for PM transition.
