We’re working with a well-established manufacturer in Southern Louisiana that’s hiring a Production
Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on the back-end of their high-output facility. This is a
critical leadership role focused on driving safety, throughput, and team performance.

What You’ll Take Ownership Of:
 Team Leadership – Hire, schedule, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly production staff
 Operational Excellence – Ensure safety, product quality, uptime, and housekeeping standards
 Performance Management – Track and improve key metrics: throughput, downtime, waste
 Continuous Improvement – Lead cross-functional problem-solving and drive process
optimization

What You Bring:
 5+ years in manufacturing leadership in a high-speed production environment.
 Strong background in safety leadership, employee development, and daily operations
 A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive accountability
 Seeking a Manager who has managed other supervisors – this is not a developmental role
 Comfortable with production reporting tools and MS Office
 Willingness to work occasional weekends or respond to after-hours needs
 Bachelor’s degree preferred
This is a newly built 130-person state-of-the-art facility that’s only 1.5 years old. In this role you will
have 4 direct supervisors and will lead a total team of ~40.
