What You Bring:
 10+ years in manufacturing leadership (safety, quality, operations, people)
 A track record of building strong teams and improving plant performance
 Business and financial savvy with a hands-on leadership style
 Experience in wood products or related rugged high-speed manufacturing industry
 Lean/CI background a plus

 This site is located within 45 minutes of Monroe, LA and 60 miles from Alexandria,
LA (excellent relocation package provided).
