Job Description:
As the Plant Finance Manager, you will lead all financial operations at the plant level, ensuring accurate
reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with corporate financial policies. You will serve as a key
strategic partner to plant leadership, driving efficiency, profitability, and sustainable practices through
sound financial management and guidance. This hands-on role will work closely with operations and
cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage all aspects of plant financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial
reporting.
 Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement strategies for improving operational and
financial performance.
 Conduct ROI analysis on capital investments and major projects to ensure effective resource
utilization.
 Maintain and monitor product standard costs, ensuring alignment with actual production costs.
 Analyze cost variances and collaborate with operations to identify and implement cost-saving
opportunities.
 Establish and uphold operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain
compliance.
 Interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process and cost
improvements.
 Lead and support special projects focused on innovation and productivity, including technology
and system enhancements.
 Track and report greenhouse gas emissions in compliance with the GHG Protocol, supporting
sustainability goals.
 Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
 Provide training and guidance to plant staff on financial principles and practices.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing
environment.

Skills and Competencies:
 Strong knowledge of financial planning, cost accounting, and operational finance.
 Proven analytical skills with high attention to detail.
 Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments.
