Job Description:

Our client, a leader in the aerospace manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a skilled Level II NDT
FPI Inspector to support non-destructive testing processes and ensure the airworthiness of aircraft
components.

Key Responsibilities:
 Perform Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) using test panels in accordance with customer
specifications.
 Conduct inspections using black light (UV) technology to detect surface discontinuities.
 Clean, sterilize, and dry components to meet inspection prep standards.
 Follow job travelers to ensure accurate FPI preparation and execution.
 Identify and mark discontinuities per inspection standards and procedures.
 Complete inspections following detailed guidelines in applicable technical manuals.
 Maintain daily checks on precision measuring instruments used in inspections.
 Accurately record inspection results and maintain proper documentation.
 Participate in continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
 Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
 High School Diploma or GED required.
 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.
 Proficient in blueprint reading and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
 Certification in Level II NDT (FPI) preferred.
