Job Description:
Our client, a prominent financial services company specializing in commercial real estate transactions,
is seeking a Commercial Title Insurance Underwriting Manager to lead a team of underwriters and title
professionals. This role offers an opportunity to drive operational success while providing expert
underwriting support for complex commercial transactions.

Candidate Profile:
- JD (Juris Doctor) required.
- Florida Bar Admission.
- 5+ years of title insurance underwriting experience with a focus on complex commercial real
estate transactions. - Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to real estate title insurance and
settlement services. - Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
- Experience managing title underwriting operations at a national or regional level.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain high-level relationships with attorneys, clients, and
internal stakeholders. - Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making skills.
- National Commercial title experience preferred.
- Can be remotely based in Florida in any city, with ability to travel to Miami, if necessary.
What You’ll Do: - Manage the daily operations of the title underwriting team, setting priorities and ensuring the
highest standards of service in commercial transactions. - Develop and implement underwriting strategies in collaboration with senior management to
align with broader business objectives. - Oversee and guide title underwriting reviews, ensuring adherence to company policies and
industry regulations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, attorneys, and industry
professionals to expand business opportunities. - Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance market
presence and drive new business. - Provide training and mentorship to underwriting teams, ensuring operational efficiency and
professional development. - Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and sales, to streamline processes
and enhance service delivery. - Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to inform underwriting
policies and practices.
