Job Description:

Position responsibilities include:
 Full P&L responsibility
 Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
 Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
 Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
 Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree
 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
 Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory
control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
 Full P&L experience
 Excellent leadership, management and people development experience
