Job Description:
Position responsibilities include:
Full P&L responsibility
Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory
control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
Full P&L experience
Excellent leadership, management and people development experience
