Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Products Portfolio, ensuring projects meet revenue, profit, and cash flow goals.
  • Manage program headcount and overhead to ensure financial success.
  • Align organizational strategies with company goals, driving operational excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Program Managers, fostering a culture of accountability,
    collaboration, and professional development.
  • Oversee the cost, schedule, and technical performance of multiple programs from inception to
    completion.
  • Optimize resource allocation for successful program outcomes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with the broader
    organizational strategy.
  • Conduct regular program reviews, manage Estimates at Completion (EACs), and report on key
    metrics.
  • Play a key role in proposal development and management for future business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional
    teams, and external partners.
  • Encourage innovation within the program management team, continuously seeking areas
    for process improvement.
  • Travel as required (up to 15%).

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Technical, Engineering-Related, or
    Business-Related field of study required.
  • Prior experience in a senior leadership role, demonstrating strategic thinking and decision-
    making skills.
  • 12+ years of experience in Program Management working with a cross functional team
    (Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Operations, etc.). Experience managing a wide variety of
    programs varying in contract value and complexity.
  • Experience managing domestic and international commercial and government programs.
  • Proficiency in program management software and tools.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

    Preferred qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Technical, Engineering-Related, or Business field of study
  • 5+ years of technical experience in SATCOM, Telecommunications, Automotive or
    related industries.
