Job Description
Join us as the Director of Distribution at company, where your leadership will drive warehouse and delivery
operations within your market. You’ll play a pivotal role in strategic planning, optimizing efficiency, managing
costs, and maintaining inventory accuracy while ensuring safety compliance and industry standards. With your
expert guidance, you’ll lead a dedicated team and foster collaboration with logistics partners to implement
technology and continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will ensure seamless coordination
across departments and corporate teams, ultimately enhancing our supply chain’s efficiency and success.

In this role, you will
 Develop and execute distribution strategies aligned with company objectives.
 Lead and manage daily warehouse and delivery operations for efficiency and service.
 Act as a liaison with commercial partners to drive operational success.
 Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
 Analyze distribution costs for cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
 Oversee inventory control for accuracy and minimal discrepancies.
 Recruit, train, and develop warehouse and delivery teams.
 Promote safety, compliance, budget management, and continuous improvement.

What you bring to company
 Five or more years related experience
 three to five years previous distribution, transportation and/or warehouse management or equivalent c
ombination of education and experience.
 Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent preferred
 OR equivalent combination of education and experience
 5 years previous management and operations experience
 Ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle
 Current state driver’s license
 Spanish bilingual abilities preferred
