Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Director of Business Development to lead our
expansion efforts within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in sales and business development, with a proven history of
success in the oil and gas markets.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth within the oil
and gas industry.
 Identify and exploit new business opportunities by cultivating relationships
with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
 Maintain and grow a robust network of industry contacts to facilitate strategic
alliances and business opportunities.
 Lead the sales team in devising and executing sales strategies that exceed
revenue targets.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of top-tier service
quality to our clients.
 Monitor market trends and competitive activities to stay ahead of industry
developments.
 Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to
prospective clients.
 Oversee sales performance, providing detailed reports and insights to senior
management.
 Represent the company at industry-specific events, conferences, and trade
shows to promote our services and enhance brand recognition.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a
related field.
 Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales and business development,
particularly within the oil and gas industry.
 Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
 In-depth understanding of the oil and gas industry and its key players.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Proven capability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry
stakeholders.
 Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
 Expertise in strategic planning and execution.
 Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and industry events
