Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Business Development to spearhead our
growth initiatives within the off-highway and truck industry. The ideal candidate will have a
robust background in sales and business development, underscored by a proven track record of
success within this niche market.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business expansion in the off-highway
and truck industry.
 Identify and seize new business opportunities by building relationships with key
decision-makers and influencers in the sector.
 Maintain and enhance a strong network of industry contacts to support business
development and collaborative opportunities.
 Lead and motivate the sales team to develop and implement effective sales
strategies that surpass revenue goals.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our
clients.
 Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities to stay ahead in the
industry.
 Craft and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts to
potential clients.
 Manage sales performance metrics, providing comprehensive reports to senior
management.
 Represent the company at industry-specific events, conferences, and trade shows to
enhance brand recognition and promote services.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related
field.
 A minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales and business development, specifically
within the off-highway and truck industry.
 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
 Deep understanding of the off-highway and truck industry and its major players.
 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry
partners.
 Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing sales teams.
 Expert in strategic planning and execution.
 Willingness to travel as needed for client interactions and industry-specific events
