About the Role:
This Data Analyst position plays a vital role in converting complex business, customer, and platform
data into actionable insights. These insights will be crucial in enhancing operational
efficiency and informing strategic decision-making for internal stakeholders and customers. The ideal
candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in predictive analytics and data
visualization, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques.
Design, build, and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Analyze customer data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain a repository of standardized and customized reporting templates.
Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.
Partner with internal technical teams to enhance reporting capabilities.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms and models.
Implement forecasting techniques to predict construction project timelines.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data analytics role.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or forecasting methods.
3+ years of experience working cross-functionally across departments.
Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience developing solutions with Data Lakes and Cloud platforms.
Industry experience in home construction is preferred.
Candidate must be able to report in-person to a specific location.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience analyzing large, complex datasets in a multi-project environment.
Ability to conduct independent data analysis that drives organizational change.
