About the Role:
This Data Analyst position plays a vital role in converting complex business, customer, and platform
data into actionable insights. These insights will be crucial in enhancing operational
efficiency and informing strategic decision-making for internal stakeholders and customers. The ideal
candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in predictive analytics and data
visualization, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques.
 Design, build, and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
 Analyze customer data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
 Develop and maintain a repository of standardized and customized reporting templates.
 Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
 Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.
 Partner with internal technical teams to enhance reporting capabilities.
 Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms and models.
 Implement forecasting techniques to predict construction project timelines.

Job Requirements:
 Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data analytics role.
 Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI).
 Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or forecasting methods.
 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally across departments.
 Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).
 Proficiency in Python and SQL.
 Experience developing solutions with Data Lakes and Cloud platforms.
 Industry experience in home construction is preferred.
 Candidate must be able to report in-person to a specific location.
