retained by our client in search of a Chief Financial Officer. Join a well-established

construction and procurement to advanced building techniques and interior finishes,
this company has a legacy of excellence spanning over seven decades. With a
strong focus on quality, cost-efficiency, and innovative solutions, our client ensures
seamless coordination throughout the entire project life-cycle, utilizing cutting-edge
equipment and technology. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage
financial operations, support innovation, and uphold the company’s commitment to
quality, safety, and continuous improvement across a diverse range of markets.

Key Responsibilities:
 Financial management and reporting
 Strategic financial planning
 Risk management
 Tax and treasury functions
 Oversight of Information Technology and Human Resource departments
 Executive leadership and committee participation

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA preferred
 10+ years of financial management experience, construction industry
experience preferred
 Strong leadership and management abilities with excellent supervisory skills
 Exceptional financial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail
 Proficiency in accounting software, databases, and financial reporting tools
 Strategic thinker with the ability to provide financial insights for decision-
making
 High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
