The candidate will be responsible for the design of critical IPs such as opamps, comparators, bandgaps, ADCs, DACs, current sensors, temperature sensors, LDOs, rectifiers, battery chargers, buck converters, boost converters, etc.. The design encompasses full custom analog design and layout using Cadence tools. This candidate will be responsible for the front to back design flow in Cadence and will implement or oversee mask design activities for the end product. The applicant could be an individual contributor or direct small design teams to facilitate the architecture definition, design, verification, and documentation of wireless IC products. Simulation verification includes corner simulation, monte carlo mismatch analysis, aging, and device overvoltage stress analysis for both pre and post layout efforts. Bench testing knowledge for post-silicon evaluation is a plus. Production ATE test plan development experience is a plus. Experience in high voltage BCD technologies highly desired.
The candidate should have strong communication, analytical and documentation skills and must enjoy working as a team player in a fast-paced environment.This is a full-time position and the candidate is expected to work on site on the Fort Collins. BS degree in Engineering and 12+ years related experience or MS degree in Engineering field and 10+ years related experience preferred. Applicants with less industry experience may also apply.
